Patrick is a Master’s level therapist with a focus on getting to the heart of the issue with the client. He does this by getting to know individuals at a deeper level using Humanistic, MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) and Psychodynamic approaches. Patrick has experience treating Anxiety, Depression and Trauma-related dissociation. Available to meet warmly in person or online!
