Service Description

Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery!.  Through a variety of activities, you’ll connect with your inner child, embrace your ‘you-niqueness’ and learn to love every little piece of yourself. You can expect to journal, engage in some mindful, gentle movements and emerse yourself in a sound healing. Lunch is included. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or needed dietary accommodations. This group will be lead by Kristine Cain, LCPC of Full Circle Counseling and Wellness, Ashley Hartman.
