Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery!.  Through a variety of activities, you’ll connect with your inner child, embrace your ‘you-niqueness’ and learn to love every little piece of yourself. You can expect to journal, engage in some mindful, gentle movements and emerse yourself in a sound healing. Lunch is included.
